For this tutorial you will need the following:
•PSP (I use 9 but any version should work)
•A tube of your choice.

•Scrapkit by Missy from MsFits Scrapz Delicate Beauty http://misfitsscrapz.blogspot.com/
Open new image 500x500
Flood fill white
Copy and paste frame
magic wand click inside frame
Copy and paste tube selections invert
Delete from keyboard
Copy and paste pincharm resize
Copy and paste bow resize place on top of pincharm
Copy and paste flowers move under tube
Copy and paste bigger flower duplicate and move to the right a little
Add text
Add copyright
