For this tutorial you will need the following:
•PSP (I use 9 but any version should work)
•A tube of your choice.
(I am using the wonderful artwork of Marco Guaglione)
Purchased with a license from http://www.mypsptubes.com/
•Font of choice (I used Floralies )
•Wordart by Melissa formly Heartfeltscraps/Scrappy Expressions can not supply •Scrapkit of choice mine is Anita of Nana's Attic Wild Daisies (If this kit is no longer available pls use something similiar) http://nanas-attic.blogspot.com/
Ok lets get started
Open new image 500x500
Flood fill with white
Open frame and copy and paste as new layer
Resize as needed
Magic wand click inside frame Add(shift) tolerence 0 Feather 0
Copy and paste paper selections invert delete from keyboard
Move paper under frame
Copy and paste tube move it under frame
Add a drop shadow V-2 H-2 O-55 B-3 color black
Adjust sharpeness sharp click once to the tube
Add wordart
Add text and copyrights
