Open template and papers and elements and tube minimize for now
Delete copyright layer
On star layer selections all float defloat copy and paste paper as new layer invert delete and then delete original star layer
Go to little stars layer selections all float defloat copy and paste differnt paper invert delete then delete little stars layer
Go to big star layer selections all float defloat copy another paper of choice invert delete and delete big star layer
Add elements of choice
Copy and paste tube place to your liking adjust sharpen
Add text and copyright
Your done
