For this tutorial you will need the following:
•PSP (I use 9 but any version should work)
•A tube of your choice.
(I am using the wonderful artwork of Barbara Jensen)

•Font of choice (beckermonolineModern)
•WSL mask 178 Under downloads
•Scrapkit by Clarey Monomagic http://www.clareysdesignz.blogspot.com/
Open new canvas
Flood fill white
Preshape eclpise draw out a nice size circle
Refer to my tag
Magic wand click inside circle
Copy and paste a scrap paper
Selections invert delete
Move paper under circle
Copy and paste another scrappaper place behind circle
Layers new mask layer find mask and apply
Ungrouplayers
Copy and paste flower resize duplicate and place to each side
Copy the charm use eraser brush to erase some of the pin so it looks like part of the flower
Copy paste tube
Add Text and copyrights
You're done
