For this tutorial you will need the following:
•PSP (I use 9 but any version should work)
•A tube of your choice.

Open new image 500x500
Flood fill white
Go to preshape select rectangle width 20.00 draw out a nice box
look at my tag for reference
convert to raster
magic wand click in middle
apply tube or image
selection invert delete excess
select none move tube under rectangle
new layer apply wordart
new layer apply brushes
apply doodles move to bottom
apply name and copyright
