For this tutorial you will need the following:
•PSP (I use 9 but any version should work)
•A tube of your choice.

Lets get started
Open new image 600x 400
Flood fill white
preshape rectangle foreground black
background null
Width-10.00
Draw out rectangle convert to raster
magic wand click in the middle flood fill with a light color from tube
apply tube Drop shadow of your choice
new raster layer apply brushes
Now I applied a saying to mine you may put whatever you want it to say on yours
Apply text and copyrights
