For this tutorial you will need the following:
•PSP (I use 9 but any version should work)
•A tube of your choice.
(I am using the wonderful artwork of Keith Garvey)
Purchased with a license from http://www.mypsptubes.com/
•Font of choice (I use Licoriceis)

Ok lets get started
Open new image 500x500
Flood fill white
Copy and paste frame as new layer
Copy and paste paper selection invert delete
Move paper under frame
Copy and paste the makeup resize place 2 on each side merge makeup tubes together
Copy and paste lips place in center of frame
Copy and paste tube move under frame and resize
Add text and copyright
