Elegance

For this tutorial you will need the following:
•PSP (I use 9 but any version should work)
•A tube of your choice.
(I am using the wonderful artwork of paul John Ballard)
Purchased with a license from CILM http://www.cilm.com/
•Font of choice (I used Inspiration font)
•A photo frame of choice
•Wordart by Shabby Princess http://www.shabbyprincess.com/
•WSL_Mask93 by Chelle HERE (under downloads)
•Scrapkit A Touch of Elegance by Lippy Purchase it her blog is gone
Ok lets get started
Open new image 500x500
Flood fill white
Copy and paste paper and layer new mask layer apply mask delete and ungroup layers
Open photoframe magic wand click in frame copy and paste tube resize
Add a drop shadow of choice
Copy and paste frame onto mask layer
Copy ribbon resize place at bottom of frame
copy and paste flowers place on each end of the ribbon
Apply wordart
Add text and copyrights
