For this tutorial you will need the following:
•PSP (I use 9 but any version should work)
•A tube of your choice.
(I am using the wonderful artwork of Keith Garvey)http://www.mypsptubes.com/
Purchased with a license from

•Font of choice
•Penta.com Dot & Cross
Open new image 500x500
Flood fill White
Go to preshape tool vector line width 5 Select rectangle
Foreground color of choice
Background black
Draw out a rectangle
(see sample for reference)
Convert to raster layer
Selct all, Contract by 5
Apply penta.com dot & cross default setting
Select none
With font tool vector line width 1
Type out saying of choice or mine
Convert to raster layer
Duplicate flip mirror
Reposition if needed
(see sample for reference)
Apply tube postion to left
Apply drop shadow of choice to rectangle saying and tube
Apply name

Convert to raster layer
Apply gradient glow 4000 Basic 3.00 corner 25 overall 100 color white click ok
Apply your watermark and artist copyright info. Crop excess white around tag
