For this tutorial you will need the following:
•PSP (I use 9 but any version should work)
•A tube of your choice.
(I am using the wonderful artwork of Barbara Jensen)
Purchased with a license from Barbara's site http://www.eroticartistgallery.com/
•Font of choice (NoraITCTT font)
•Scrapkit of choice mine is Don't Touch by Becky of Vamp Productions Scrap n Things Purchase it http://vpscraps.blogspot.com/2008/04/new-ptu-taggers-kit-dont-touch.html
•Mask Mask95 by Chelle http://www.weescotslass.co.uk/
Ok lets get started
Open new image 500x500
Flood fill white
Choose a paper and paste as new layer
Layer new mask apply delete ungroup layer
Copy and paste frame
Copy and paste ribbon and erase ovelapping ribbon move so its under frame
Copy and paste tube place to liking
Apply wordart
Add text and copyrights
