For this tutorial you will need the following:
•PSP (I use 9 but any version should work)
•A tube of your choice.
(I am using the wonderful artwork of Scott Blair)
Purchased with a license from http://www.mypsptubes.com/
•Font of choice (I used Thug)
•Scrapkit by Sam of Passionate Scrap Purchase it site is gone
Ok lets get started
Open new image 500x500
Flood fill white
Copy and paste frame
Magic wand click inside frame
Copy and paste a paper
Selections invert delete
Copy and paste music scale
Copy and paste music notes place to liking
Copy and paste wordart
Copy and paste tube place in middle
Add text and copyright
