For this tutorial you will need the following:
•PSP (I use 9 but any version should work)
•A tube of your choice.

•Font of choice
•WSL-18 Mask by Chelle http://www.weescotslass.co.uk/
•Scrapkit Summertime by Yarrow April's freebie from MPT
Ok lets get started Open new canvas 500x500
Flood fill white
Copy and paste a paper of choice
Layers Select mask from image apply delete mask layer
I also ungroup my layers I just prefer to do this you
Can skip this step if you like
Copy and paste a flower frame
Copy and paste a flower of choice
Add main tube
Copy and paste butterflies and arrange on frame as you like
Add text and copyrights
Resize to your liking & Save
