For this tutorial you will need the following:
•PSP (I use 9 but any version should work)
•A tube of your choice.
(I am using the wonderful artwork of Kim Harlow)
Purchased with a license from http://www.cilm.com/
•Font of choice (I used Whisper)
•Mask149 by Chelle (under downloads) http://www.weescotslass.co.uk/
•Scrapkit by Lippy of Sweet N Sassy Digi Scrappers Purchase it
Ok lets get started
Open new image 500x500 Flood fill white
Copy and paste frame
Magic wand click inside frame
Copy and paste image or tube of choice
Selections invert delete excess
Copy and paste background paper
Layers new mask layer find mask apply ungroup layers
Make sure paper is under frame and tube
Copy and paste rose
Eraser tool erase some of stem so it looks like it is going thru the bow
Add text and copyright
