Scrapkit by Helly you may find the kit on her site http://designsbyhelly.blogspot.com/
This will be easy so here we go
Open the stiches magic wand click in the middle of stiches
Open paper of choice copy and paste selections invert delete
Magic wand click on the stiches layer and open tube
Copy and paste tube selections invert delete
Now add the buttons and any other elements
Add copyright and Text
See that was easy wasnt it lol
