Ok lets get started
Open new image 600x600 you can resize finished tag by 85%

Open template and delete copyright info
Open paper of choice click on rectangle with magic wand Selection All Float Defloat
Copy paste paper invert delete then delete rectangle layer
Open brackets and new paper of choice click with magic wand selections all float defloat copy paste paper
Invert delete and then delete the brackets
Open heart magic wand click with magic wand selections all float defloat copy paste paper
Invert delete and then delete the heart
Open swirls magic wand click with magic wand selections all float defloat copy paste paper
Invert delete and then delete the swirls.

Click heart layer magic wand copy and paste tube invert delete make sure tube is under heart
Open wordart delete credit go to word magic wand click each layer copy and paste another paper of choice
Invert delete then delete word template
Merge wordart copy and paste place to liking Add gradient glow
Add elements of choice place to liking
Add copyright and text.
Add gradient glow to text.
