For this tutorial you will need the following:
•PSP (I use 9 but any version should work)
•A tube of your choice.

•2 Background papers of choice
(Mine are older ones of Melissa formerly of Scrappy Expressions)
Frame of choice
Bow of choice
Open supplies minimize
New canvas 600x600
floodfill white
Preset shape eclipse
foreground red background null
draw a circle align center in canvas
convert to raster
draw a smaller circle same steps as above convert to raster
magic wand click in middle of large circle
copy and paste paper selection invert delete on keyboard
middle circle magic wand copy paste second paper
selection invert delete
add charm and bow to top of charm
apply tube
add text and copyrights
