For this tutorial you will need the following:
•PSP (I use 9 but any version should work)
•A tube of your choice.
(I am using the wonderful artwork of Scarlett Gothica)
•Font of choice (I used A Bug's life)
•WSL_Mask-161 by Chelle http://www.weescotslass.co.uk/ (under downloads)
•Scrapkit Ladybug Love by Amber Rose Design Purchase it http://amberrosedesigns.blogspot.com/
Ok lets get started
Open a new image 500x500 flood fill with white
Choose 2 papers open 1 and paste as a new layer
Layers new mask layer find mask and apply delete and ungroup layers
Open doodle copy and paste move under mask layer
copy and paste paper 2 same step with mask in layer 1
Copy and paste tube place in the middle of background
Copy and paste wordart add a gradient glow
Add text and copyrights
