All the tutorial creations within were created by Rho using PSP9, Animation Shop, various outside filters and imagination.And are registered with TWI •Any similarity to another tutorial is purely accidental. •Please do not take my tutorials, put them on another site and claim them as your own. •I DO NOT allow any of my tutorials to be translated. •All supplies are either created by me, shared with me, or posted with a link to the creator.
