Ok lets get started:
Open new image 600x600 floodfill white

open template , delete copyright layer

Open 6 papers of choice elements of choice, tube and minimize for now

Click on circle layer selection all float, defloat copy paper of choice invert then delete key

Delete the main circle layer

Click onblack rectangle layer selection all float, defloat copy paper of choice invert then delete key

Delete main rectangle layer

Click on scalloped square layer selection all float, defloat copy paper of choice invert then delete key

Delete main square

Click on black flower layer selection all float, defloat copy paper of choice invert then delete key

Delete main black flower layer

Click on gray flower layer selection all float, defloat copy paper of choice invert then delete key

Delete main gray flower layer

Click on white flower layer selection all float, defloat copy paper of choice invert then delete key

Delete main white flower layer

Click on white square layer selection all float, defloat copy paper of choice invert then delete key

Grab magic wand click on white square copy and paste tube of choice resize if needed

Invert delete go to adjust and sharpen tube one time

Add elements of choice image rotate 15 to left.

Add wordart add drop shadow

Add text image rotate 15 to left or right or to your choice and copyright and resize by 85
