For this tutorial you will need the following:
•PSP (I use 9 but any version should work)
•A tube of your choice.

Open new image 600x 600
Flood fill white
Preshape eclipse foreground black background white
Draw out circle object align center in canvas convert to raster
Magic wand tolerance 50 click in middle of circle
Choose a background paper copy and paste selections invert delete
move under circle merge down resize by 85
Copy and paste Tube place to right
Choose a journal from scrapkit
Now I colorized mine to match tube do same if you want too
Copy and paste button resize place it on the journal
Copy and paste the doodle I resized it by 125 moved it under the circle and then resized it by 85
Copy and paste another paper make sur eit is under your circle
Layers new mask layer apply mask delete mask layer ungroup layers
Add text and copyrights
You're done
