For this tutorial you will need the following:
•PSP (I use 9 but any version should work)
•A tube of your choice.
(I am using the wonderful artwork of Kim Harlow)
Purchased with a license from CILM http://www.cilm.com/
•Font of choice
•Vix_Mask23 by Vix
•Scrapkit of choice I used Lisa's Moody Blue (her site is down)
Open new image 500x500
Flood fill white
Preshape circle foreground black background null
Draw a smaller circle in bigger circle convert to raster
Magic wand click in larger circle
Copy and paste background paper selection invert delete
Magic wand click in middle copy and paste tube
Move tube down so its under frame
Copy and paste flower duplicate and move to top corners
Copy and paste dragonfly duplicate place on top of flower
Copy and paste doodle flip mirror do this 3 times look at tag for reference
Copy paper layer new mask layer apply delete and ungroup layer
Preshape circle add new layer for the Love text
Type out Love delete vector and convert text layer
Add text and copyright
