For this tutorial you will need the following:
•PSP (I use 9 but any version should work)
•A tube of your choice.

•Font of choice ((A&S snapper Script and DNA Snappy))
•WSL-Mask 33 under downloads http://www.weescotslass.co.uk/
•Scrapkit Chili Designz . Purchase it http://www.chilidesignz.com/
Open new canvas 600x600
Flood fill white
Copy and paste a paper
Go to layer find mask from image
Apply and delete mask layer
Ungroup layers
Apply paper put a saying on it
Resize and add gradient glow
Add emblesshiments on each side
Copy and paste tube place in the middle
Copy and paste flowers place at the bottom of tube
Add text again add gradient glow
Add copyright
You're done
