Font of choice
Open new image 500x500 floodfill white
Copy and paste frame
Grab magic wand click inside frame
Copy and paste paper of choice
Selections invert delete
Move paper under frame layer
Copy and paste tube resize and make sure tube layer is above paper layer and under frame layer
Copy and paste flowers place on each end
Copy and paste heart element
Copy and paste wedding rings place above the diamond
Add text and copyrights
All done easie peasie
