Ok lets get started
Open frame, paper of choice ,elements and wordart and tube minimize
Open new image 500x500 flood fill white
Copy and paste frame
Grab magic wand click in center of frame
Copy and paste paper invert delete
Move paper layer under frame layer
Copy and paste tube resize
Add elements and wordart resize place to liking
Rotate wordart 15 to left
Add text and copyrights
All done
