As for steps its all the same basically for each layer you start from top or bottom doesnt really matter you will still get same effect.
Go to gray shape selections all float defloat copy paper invert delete
Delete gray layer
Go to brushes selections all float defloat copy paper invert delete
Delete brush layer
Go to shape selections all float defloat copy paper invert delete
Delete shape layer
Go to Black frame 1 selections all float defloat copy paper invert delete
Delete Black frame 1 layer
