Copy and paste frame of choice
Grab magic wand and click inside frame
Copy and paste paper of choice
Selections invert delete and move paper under frame
Copy and paste tube of choice resize if needed
Copy and paste heart elements and place to top of frame
Copy and paste wordart by faba and place under frame
Copy and paste 2nd wordart and add gradient glow to your liking
Copy and paste any other elements of choice and place refer to my tag for placing
