Open frame of choice elements tube and wordart minimize
Open new image 500x500 floodfill white
Copy and paste frame
Grab magic wand hit control and hold shift and click inside all 3 boxes of the frame
Copy and paste paper of choice selections invert delete
Move paper layer down so its under frame layer
Copy and paste elements place to left and right resize and rorate to left 15
Copy and paste tube resize
Add wordart text and copyright
Viola all done
