Mask of choice
Font I used St.Ember
Open new image 600x600 flodfill white
Copy and paste frame
Grab your magic wand click inside frame
Copy and paste paper of choice
New raste layer copy and paste differnt paper
Layers new mask layer find your mask and apply
Delete mask layer ungroup layers
Make sure mask is under your frame layer
Go to frame layer again grab magic wand and
Copy and Paste Close up invert delete and
Make sure tube is under frame layer but above paper layer
Copy and paste another tube place to the right
Copy and paste Stars place to left duplicate and mirror
Copy and paste Wordart
Add text and copyright
Viola all done
