Go to pink circle layer Selections all float defloat copy and paste paper

Selections invert delete on keyboard Delete original rectanglelayer
Do these same steps for the circle layers
Grab magic wand click on big circle copy and paste tube invert delete excess
Do this this for the two samll circles as well
Add wordart place to liking

Pick a differnt paper of choice copy and paste it Selections invert Delete on your keyboard
Now add embleshiments of choice I used the beads

Copy and paste Tainted chain and move so its under under the circle erase any excess you may have after resizing
Copy and paste Button of choice place to left of tag
Copy and paste Tube of choice place in the middle to make it look like she is standing on the word Tainted
Back to frame one magic wand click on the inside and write out saying of choice
Rotate to right by 5.00 Duplicate this layer and move it frame 2 rotate to left by 5.oo
I added a gradient glow to mine so it would stand out a little more do so to your liking.
Add text and copyright all done

This tut is written for 2 special little girls in my life my Grand-Daughters Kailyn and Karlee who both have Birthdays coming up.

You may use a tube of your choice but I used a personal photograph of my own.

Open new image 600x500
Flood fill white
Copy and paste frame of choice
Grab magic wand and click inside frame
Copy and paste paper of choice
Selections invert delete
Move paper layer under frame
I closed off the paper layer and grabbed magic wand and clicked inside frame again
Copy and paste tube/ photo
Selections invert delete
Next I copied word art and placed to the top of tag
I then copied and pasted the birthday present and resized it and placed to right of tag
Then copy and paste birthday cake resize and placed to the left of tag
I then used the Happy birthday to you wordart
Then placed it in the middle of the photo
Add text and copyright.
Resize by 85 and save

Go to transmmission layer select all float defloat copy and paste another paper of choice
Invert delete and delete transmission layer
Go to Star layer select all float defloat copy paste another paper of choice
Delete star layer
Go to small circle layer select all float defloat copy paste paper of choice
Invert delete delete small circle layer
Copy and paste frame
Copy and paste tube move down so it is under frame resizxe tube if needed
Add elements place to your liking
Add text and copyright

Open up a canvas 600x600 we will resize it at the end.
Flood fill with white
Open your tube of choice
Add a new raster layer
Go to your preset shape and select rectangle Line widith set at 2.00
Select one color from your tube as foreground black and background color at tube color.
convert to raster layer
Open new layer
Add brushes of your choice
New raster layer
Add your tube of choice
Drop shadow V-2 H- -4 Opacity 73.0o Blur 5.00 color black
I added same drop shadow to tube and brushes
New text layer
Now open your choice of font make sure background is Un-X'd now
Set your font to size of choice to fit stroke at 2.00
Add whatever saying you wish
Duplicate move down to bottom of tag
Duplicate again Image Rotate left free checked set at 90.00
Move it to the left side of tag
Duplicate image flip then image mirror move it if you need to line it up straight
Add dropshadow to each layer same settings as above
New layer add your name and copyrights
Resize to your liking & Save

Open a new image 600x 600 we will resize at the end
Flood fill with white
Preshape rectangle now I changed the line to Diamond widith 5
Draw out a large rectangle do not convert yet
Draw out a smaller rectangle inside your larger rectangle
Now convert to raster layer
Grab your magic wand and click in the large rectangle
Copy and paste your scrap paper selections invert delete on keyboard
Colorize your tag emblishment to match your background
Copy and paste it move it to the top right hand corner
Colorize the diary copy and paste move it to the bottom right hand corner.
Copy and paste tube place it to left resize if you need too
Add my saying to the top of tag

Place charms on top of flowers
Go to eraser brush and erase the middle of the pin so it looks like it is going thru the flower
Add Copyright and Text add drop shadow to Text only
X out white background
Merge layers visable apply drop shadow to merged layer un x white layer

Open new image 600x600 we will resize later
Flood fill white
Foreground #C00000 BG Null
With your preset shapes tool Ellipse (vector checked) Line width 5.
To make a perfect circle hold down the shift key while drawing it out.
Draw out a circle use tag as reference objects align center Convert to raster layer.
With your preset shapes tool Ellipse (vector checked) Line width 5.
Draw a smaller circle in middle objects align center Convert to raster layer.
Merge down
Change foreground color to your choice of background paper
Take magic wand and select top circle and flood fill it with background paper
Select none
Preset shape again draw out a new circle this is where you will apply curved text do not convert to layer we Will be deleting this layer after text layer is applied.
New raster layer
Open Text Choice and add your saying
(when applying it you will see an a with a halfcircle that will show you that the text is being curved
Add gradient glow or your choice of drop shadow
Convert text to layer
Delete the preset shape ellipse, DO NOT DELETE saying
Magic wand click inside white circle
Add a new raster layer
Copy stock photo and paste into selection select none.
Change the opacity to 60%
Layers Arrange Move Down
Open presents resize
Paste presents and tube
If you wish to stop here and not animate add Name and copyrights,Resize to your liking.
Onto animation Open kisses in animation shop.
Open kiss animation of choice
Delete any empty frames
In PSP copy merged tag take to animation and duplicate it so it has same number of frames as the kisses
On kisses edit select all copy merged image edit select all>br> Drag the kisses to merged image and place how you like them.
Run animation if too fast slow it down I did mine at 25 frames.
To change the speed go to Animation >Frame Properties
If happy with it save as Gif and your done :-)

Now if you choose not to animate skip the noise steps and save as jpeg
If doing the animation then lets go
X out 2nd and 1st noise duplicates
Go to top duplicate copy merged take into animation shop paste
X out that layer and do same steps for last 2 noise layers
View in animation shop if you like save

Flood fill with White
Open all supplies in psp and minimize
Choose a backaground paper of choice
Copy and paste as a new layer
Layers new mask from image find mask-55
Apply mask delete and ungroup layers
Copy and paste the sticker place to bottom right
Copy and paste shells and move them to the right of sticker
Copy and paste flower resize by 85 2 times and move it so its on top of sticker and just under the shells a little
Copy and paste sand and place it so its like the dog and girl are standing on it
New layer go to preshape eclipse foreground white and background null
Draw a circle so it is same size as your background this is where we will add the curved text
Do not deselect new layer this is where your text will be typed
Type out the words that I have or one of your choice
Convert your text layer and delete your vector layer
Copy and paste the sea scene and move it down so it is in the middle of the circle
Add text and copyrights
Resize to your liking & Save

Apply drop shadows of choice to frame and tube
Preshape ellipse foreground null background any color
Draw a circle so it s just a lil bigger than your frame
This is where we will be adding the curved text
DO NOT convert to raster layer
With font tool move cursor until you see an A with a half circle under it at the top middle of the frame
When you see this click to activate your text tool
Type your saying (Happiness is like a kiss- It feels best when you give it to someone else)
In your layer pallet click the plus sign by ellipse layer, you will see then ellipse and the text as sublayers
Delete the ellipse sublayer
Objects align center in canvas
Convert to raster layer
Copy and paste ribbon place to the right (see sample)

Open 600x600
Flood fill white
New raster layer
Flood fill black
New mask layer from image
Source lumiance Invert mask checked OK
Delete mask layer click yes Ungroup layers
Preshape Eclipse Widith 5 foreground color black background color white
Draw a circle in the middle of mask do not convert to raster
Magic Wand click in middle of circle
Open background paper copy paste as new layer
Selections invert Delete on keyboard Selections None
Delete the eclipse layer
Copy and paste tube as new layer apply drop shadow of choice
apply bow and resize add gem resize place on bow
Resize to your liking
Apply name and copyrights

Open a background paper and copy and paste into frame selections invert delete
Move paper under frame layer
Open tube of choice copy and paste and make use its under the frame layer
Add any embelishments of your choice
Copy and paste wordart place at bottom of tube
Add copyrights and name and resize

Click heart layer magic wand copy and paste tube invert delete make sure tube is under heart

Font of choice font I used is MeaCulpa paid font can not include.
Now we're ready to get started.

Open tube, paper, elements, font mask, frame and minimize for now.
New image 600x600 flood fill white.
Copy and paste paper as new layer.
Go to layers new mask layer find mask apply
Delete mask layer ungroup layers.
Copy and paste tube resize and adjust sharpen.
Now open a frame we are going to make her look like she is popping out of frame.
Place frame over tube grab eraser size 10 hardness 50 step 10 density , thickness and opacity 100
Now erase just done where it looks like she is coming out of frame
Copy and paste elements and place to your liking. I also added gradient glow to each element and text.
Copy and paste text and copyright.
As you see I have animated mine if you want to do so heres my steps.
Copy and paste bling duplicate mirror and merge layers.
Duplicate 2 times to make 3 layers.
X out copy 2 and main layer on top layer adjust add noise uniform 50 X out and do same steps for following 2 layers.
Making sure last 2 layers r X'd out click on top layer edit copy merge take into animation shop
X out do second layer edit copy merge paste after first layer
Do same with last layer.
In animation shop go to resize animation I did mine by 500. If you did not want to do animation then resize save as jpeg or png.

Grab magic wand click on white square copy and paste tube of choice resize if needed

Invert delete go to adjust and sharpen tube one time

Add elements of choice image rotate 15 to left.

Add wordart add drop shadow

Add text image rotate 15 to left or right or to your choice and copyright and resize by 85
